It was quite a large gathering of Americans for the 4
th July in Bangkok this year. The American Embassy along with
AMCHAM and other companies and businesses in the Bangkok area sponsored the
Independence Day Celebration at the American School of Bangkok. The day was filled with American food, American music, and American expats dressed in red, white and blue. It was a HOT day but we
enjoyed it celebrating with friends and eating lots of food!

We headed over to another friend's place after the festivities at the American School to cool off for a bit. He has an amazing view of the city! Would have been a great place to watch fireworks-if we were in the U.S.A.
